Lenasia gets ready to host a first ever tattoo expo on the 1 and 2 September 2012 as tattoo art moves from its rebellious image to respectability. The Lenz Ink Tattoo Expo 2012, which will be held at the Varachia Glass Room in Lenasia, will see tattoo artists from all over Johannesburg and surrounding areas, showcasing their work. We will have tattoo booths out of which the tattoo artists can showcase their work and anybody can walk in to get a tattoo done. The expo will be an opportunity for tattoo artists to take stock of where they stand and how they can popularise the art. This expo will help us create a database of tattoo artists and the kind of work they are doing. It will also help us see and discuss protocol that is to be followed during tattooing. This will be an awesome event as it is another first for Lenasia brought in by Tat2dis Custom Ink & Piercing.
