Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL or location)

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the removed material and its prior location
A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction
Repeat Infringers
InkFreakz has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Warning: Multiple copyright violations may result in permanent account suspension.
False Claims
Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. We may seek damages from those who submit false claims.
